The weekly sport analytics review and criticism from Wolohan Analytics
You can listen to the sixth episode of Batting Practice here:
This week we play buy/sell/hold on young QBs from the early weeks of the seasons and talk some college football and NBA.
We double down on our Jalen Hurts take from last week: Hurts is heading into the QB basement and is going to be the limiting factor for an otherwise very good Philadelphia Eagles team.
Ohio State beats Notre Dame and FSU beasts Clemson, but FSU is limited from a talent perspective and Ohio State is showing their limitations at QB. FSU should not be a title contender come the end of the season. We’ll see if Ohio State’s young QB can improve as he navigates. Ohio State is in the top tier of our Simple Talent Tiers, while FSU was unranked.
We preview some NBA storylines, including touching on the big news out of the NBA:
Dame goes to Milwaukee, giving Milwaukee two top-10 players
Can bigs continue to run the show?
What will we learn from Wemby?
